Recipe by Jen Bates for Wyman's
Yield: 2 smoothies
- 1 cup (240g) milk or milk substitute of choice
- 2 cups (220g) Wyman's Mango Chunks
- ¾ cup (165g) greek yogurt
- 1 cup (120g) carrots, either baby carrots or cut into ~2" chunks
Add ingredients to a high-speed blender in the order listed. Blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy!
