All frozen orders are shipped via FedEx Ground from either our Ohio or California warehouses. All non-frozen orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) via ground service from Maine.
If you order both a frozen and a non-frozen item, you will be getting 2 packages – Frozen items from FedEx and Non-Frozen items from UPS. These two shipments may arrive at different times.
Unfortunately, we do not offer expedited shipping for any of our products at this time.
All orders, regardless of shipping option, are shipped on business days (Monday-Friday) excluding weekends.
Please keep in mind that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
